Beauty and Luxury met this past weekend. Yes, I had the pleasure of staying at, The Graham Georgetown, where sophistication and modern style meets. The boutique size hotel was named after Alexander Graham Bell, inventor of the telephone. This elegant hotel is located in the heart of Georgetown DC.
The Graham Georgetown captivates your attention from the moment you pull up. Did you say “valet?” Well, of course they have valet service; that was a plus. However, when you walk through those “Graham” glass doors, the first thing you notice, is that delightful aroma created by the owner, with the Blvgari White Tea fragrance and a hint of thyme; the smell is absolutely breathtaking.
In the meantime, your eyes will be mesmerized by the beautiful modern décor. The gorgeous crystal chandelier and cozy fire place adds an unique touch to the hotel atrium. Well, it does not stop there, the uniqueness continues.
The Graham Georgetown, has a new lounge and dining room called “The Alex.” The interior design of this venue is very classy and chic, from the stylish furniture to the opulent fabrics; therefore, creating an intimate setting.
If you plan on staying at The Graham Georgetown, I suggest the “Luxury King Suite.” This suite is warm and relaxing, providing plush robs and L’Occitane bath amenities; trust me when I say, I did not want to leave. You can entertain friends and family, or you can simply enjoy the spacious room to relax. I really enjoyed the soft, comfortable bed and plush red seating. Also, the room provides a minibar, fully stocked with wines and spirits; so you and your guest can make your own cocktails. How about that?
Speaking of cocktails, the hotel has a rooftop lounge and full service bar. Awesome! Right? Well, I didn’t get to experience that. However, when it starts to warm up, I will definitely return back to The Graham Georgetown.
As I always say, “All fabulous things must come to an end.” I really enjoyed my stay at The Graham Georgetown. Unfortunately, beauty had to say goodbye to luxury, but until we meet again. Ciao Bella!
